Yesterday, I got on the NWS site to check the weather conditions for the day after I got home from a trip to the flats with Mike and Mandy from Fort Worth. At 1300 hrs, the air temp was 99 with a heat index of 104 and winds were 26S with gusts to 35 mph. [...]
